To ensure you have a risk-free experience, your projects are contracted with us, and we contract with your winning agency. Our Draft Statement of Work process has been put in place to allow for a 3-way collaborative process. Parties are encouraged to review all amendments to the Project Brief to ensure all expectations are effectively managed .

‘StudioSafe’, our risk & compliance system, ensures the agencies you work with are compliant to your company’s supplier policies and standards. Did we also mention we’re ISO 27001 certified? StudioSpace is committed to keeping our data secure as we build our platform. Our servers are self-managed and we do not share them with any other companies.
How does it work?
Using your original project submission information, your agency will be able to add more accurate data based on their winning proposal.
We’ll then go through the Agency’s submitted Draft SoW and work with them to get it to a point where it’s ready for your eyes.
You’ll have the chance to go through and approve (or flag) each section of the scope. Once you’re happy, give it the final thumbs up and…
Once you’ve signed the formal SoW, you and your agency can get cracking on delivering your project! (we’ll be lurking in the background if you need us)
Monitor all your invoices in one place
All of your invoices for each project are kept in one place for you to download whenever you need. We’ll send reminders to you whenever they’re due, so you can focus on working with your agency to deliver your project. We manage the contracts and invoices with the agency, so you don’t have to.
We'll help wrap up and close every project
Upon finalisation, StudioSpace will ensure all work has been completed before your agency is paid. We understand that sometimes, scope creep, unforeseen challenges and surprise stakeholder feedback often make their way into every project; it’s for that reason that our platform also allows for additional flexibility. Rest easy, knowing any updates to your Statement of Work are still compliant, and legally-sound.
