1. Your Contracting Dashboard

There’s plenty to line up before a project can start, and we’ve made it as easy and efficient as possible. The whole contracting journey now lives on the StudioSpace platform, starting with your Contracting page: a dashboard where you can track progress and see exactly what actions are pending, so scope gets agreed across all parties in an efficient, compliant way.

• A Contracting Progress Card gives you an at-a-glance view of exactly where your project’s contracting stands.
• Restructured tabs bring order to it all: an expanded Statement of Work tab, a Compliance Actions tab (your MSA and Purchase Order management), and a Project Documents tab (a live shared folder between you and your agency).
• Gentle nudges, not chasing. Automated email reminders keep things moving, updated statuses and “Requires Attention” prompts show you exactly what needs you next, and a “Send a copy” option shares the signed contract with whoever needs it.

2. A Clearer Way to Agree Your Scope

The best scopes are agreed together, not emailed back and forth. Inside your Draft Scope, you and your agency agree exactly what’s being delivered, section by section, before any work begins.

• One clear workspace. A single, clear Draft Scope you can actually think in, with sidebar navigation so you can move through each section without losing your place.
• Comment exactly where it matters. Leave feedback on any individual section, track when and by whom comments were made, and mark points as actioned once they’re settled, so nothing gets buried in a reply-all.
• Everyone on the same page. A shared, progress-aware review across you, your agency and StudioSpace means you can always see where things stand and what’s left to agree.

3. Sign Without Leaving the Platform

Once your scope is agreed, signing is the easy part.

• Generated from your Draft Scope. Your Statement of Work is built directly from the scope you’ve just approved, so there’s no re-keying and nothing lost in translation.
• Sign on-platform. Type or draw your signature, sign via a secure link, and receive an automatic PDF. No separate signing tool to log into.
• Need someone else to review before signing? Invite procurement, legal or any other reviewer by sharing their email and sending them a copy for review and approval.

4. Built for Procurement and Legal, Too

Contracting is rarely a solo decision, so we’ve made life easier for the people who review and approve.

• Preview and version control. See any contract in-browser with download options, and rest easy knowing every generated version is tracked.
• Download-as-Word makes Procurement and Legal review and feedback straightforward.
