Pete is a seasoned entrepreneur, strategist, and designer. He is the CEO and co-founder of StudioSpace, a global marketplace connecting senior marketers with top-tier agencies. Pete is also an author, having co-written ‘Defying Gravity: Adventures of a Corporate Entrepreneur,’ published in 2010.

Pete's previous ventures include Market Gravity, an innovation business he founded in 2009. Market Gravity was acquired by Deloitte in 2017, where Pete then served as the Global Customer Strategy & Applied Design lead at Deloitte Digital. In this role, he was instrumental in driving innovation and helping organizations design and prototype new propositions and services.

In addition to his professional achievements, Pete co-authored ‘Defying Gravity: Adventures of a Corporate Entrepreneur,’ a book that addresses real business challenges, such as dealing with the sudden departure of key team members, managing hiring freezes, and convincing the board to invest without setting unrealistic targets.

Biography

Pete’s career began at Cambridge Technology Partners, where he was a founding member of the Digital Business Strategy team. There, he launched several successful internet ventures and collaborated with notable corporate clients such as HBOS, BT, Thales, London Stock Exchange, and United Utilities.

In 2001, Pete joined Edengene as a Partner, playing a pivotal role in delivering large-scale growth strategies, innovation, and new venture creation programs. His expertise was instrumental in working with prestigious companies like Lloyds Banking Group, Standard Life, BT, Santander, and nPower.

In 2009, Pete became the CEO of Market Gravity, where he championed corporate entrepreneurship and innovation through Proposition Design. By combining consumer insight, commercial rigor, and creative design skills, Pete helped clients turn their big ideas into marketable propositions. Market Gravity's impactful work led to its acquisition by Deloitte in 2017.

At Deloitte, Pete served as the Global Customer Strategy & Applied Design lead at Deloitte Digital. He was crucial in driving innovation and helping organizations design and prototype new propositions and services. His role further expanded as CFO at SGT Markets, where he spearheaded the launch of SGT Africa, providing online trading services with dedicated local offices and expertise.
